At Nadine Ghosn, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Nadine Ghosn gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid insured shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
